The Pantry Selects APT's Test & Learn Management System
The retailer signed a three year license of the APT Suite to enhance their business analytics platform
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), announced today that The Pantry, a leading independently operated convenience store chain in the United States, has signed an agreement to license APT's Test & Learn Management System, Test & Learn for Sites.
The Pantry chose APT after a brief pilot where analyses were conducted across the organization including: food service installations, human resource management programs and product pricing. The team at APT was able to demonstrate the value of institutionalizing a Test & Learn process across the network and plans are in place to continue and expand the breadth of testing.
"Especially in this economy, gaining insights into costly programs before rollout is an excellent means of maintaining a true competitive advantage," said Frank Paci, CFO of The Pantry. "APT's Test & Learn Suite allows us to quickly and easily investigate the success of programs, tailor them to maximize profits and then roll them out across our stores - generating enormous value. We are excited to continue to work with the team at APT and with the APT Suite."
"We are thrilled to be continuing our engagement," said Anthony Bruce, CEO of APT. "The Pantry and its management truly understand the power of the Test & Learn approach to growing profits, and we are looking forward to working with them to help deliver a superior convenience store experience to their customers while improving their bottom line."
