Jim Manzi, Chairman of APT, is a foremost authority on using pattern recognition for sales and marketing applications. His models have been implemented by leading corporations around the world and have broken new ground in identifying sales prospects, setting prices, selecting and rewarding employees, making product and merchandising decisions, and locating physical sales outlets.
Prior to founding APT, Mr. Manzi was a Vice President at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting), where he spent ten years directing corporate strategy and marketing optimization assignments across a wide array of industries on five continents. Previously, Mr. Manzi oversaw the development of PC-based pattern recognition software at the Data Networks Division of AT&T Laboratories.
Mr. Manzi received a BS in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
