Patrick O'Reilly, President and Chief Operating Officer of APT, leads the company’s core growth, strategic alliances and corporate development initiatives.
Prior to joining APT, Mr. O'Reilly helped run Infirmation.com, a career service provider for attorneys. Mr. O'Reilly developed the company's strategy, negotiated partnership agreements, and led its fundraising and marketing efforts. He helped drive Infirmation.com, now a part of Thompson Reuters, to a successful acquisition in 2000. Previously, Mr. O'Reilly was an Associate with Dean & Company, where he focused on customer segmentation and marketing, private equity, and telecommunications.
Mr. O'Reilly received a JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He holds a BA in economics from Duke University, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
