How do I fit in?
Typically, as a college graduate, you will start as a software engineer. Candidates with significant and relevant prior industry experience are considered for other roles as well. From there, APT will mentor you and provide opportunities to take on increasing software development responsibilities and more substantial leadership roles within the firm. No two career paths at APT are exactly alike. But all share a common grounding of flexibility, individualized pacing, and responsibility.
