Why APT?
Before joining APT, I served a 2 year stint at one of the top mortgage firms. I liked my job, but was beginning to realize the need for a change where my work made a difference. I found the answer at APT - One of the fastest growing companies in the very niche area of decision making; the kind of work I was looking for ever since graduation! To add to it, the interesting mix of young and enthusiastic brains is just the icing on the cake!
Daily Responsibilities
I work with multiple client teams everyday to determine data requirements and help them design, implement, automate and maintain data ETL processes. Additionally I spend time working with data management team to make sure we are following best practices for data storage, and manipulation. Even after working at APT for over a year, every day is a new challenge – There is so much to learn!
Outside of Work:
I’m an adventure freak! There are various activities around DC like hiking in great falls, camping in Shenandoah, ski resorts, cave adventures and sky diving in west Virginia!
