Why APT?
After spending several years working at a small consulting company, I knew I wanted to work for a consulting company large enough to allow me to work on problems across several verticals yet not too large that I would be lost in the crowd. This is certainly the case at APT, where we work with retail, banking, insurance, restaurants, hotels etc. There are unlimited learning opportunities.
At APT, you get an opportunity to work with very large datasets using the latest tools and technology, which I valued highly. APT was the right choice for me.
Daily Responsibilities:
I spend most of my time working with the client teams to understand business requirements and data needs to come up with an efficient data capture process. Almost everyone at APT writes SQL code; I spend time in code review and occasionally brainstorm with the data load team about efficient coding methods.
