How to Apply

APT invests significant time and resources to find and attract exceptional individuals. Each fall, we recruit students from some of the leading universities where we have long-standing relationships. Students should apply through the school's career services website and selected students will be interviewed on campus. More experienced/lateral hires should apply directly through our website.

What We Look For

At APT, we look for well rounded candidates from a multitude of backgrounds, possessing the following skills:

• Superior academic record at a leading national university

• A proven aptitude for learning technical terms and developing an understanding of complex technical products

• A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment

• Professional with good organization and planning skills

• Good communication and persuasive skills, both written and oral
