Kraft Scores with Strategies for Better Retail Servicing, APT Featured in CPG Matters

Kraft Foods put an emphasis on developing and deploying more effective strategies for retail servicing with an end goal of enhancing both productivity and customer satisfaction. In a webinar co-presented with Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), Autumn McDonald, Director of Kraft’s In-market Growth Testing group, outlined how the collaboration between Kraft’s testing group and APT’s Test & LearnTM software has helped Kraft achieve its goal. Test & LearnTM has enabled Kraft to accurately evaluate the performance of various initiatives across the brand, including retail servicing, DSD delivery, merchandising and displays, seasonal programs, and other promotions.
