Kraft to Outline Strategies for Better Retail Servicing, APT Featured in CPG Matters

Over the last two years, Kraft Foods has significantly improved its strategies for retail servicing. The global food company uses its retail servicing team as a key ingredient in enhancing customer satisfaction and productivity. Autumn McDonald, Director of Kraft’s Consumer Insight & Strategy group, will outline those strategies a webinar titled “Strategies for Better Retail Servicing: Using Test & LearnTM to Enhance Performance” on Wednesday, April 21 at 2:00 pm.
