APT to Provide Test & Learn Suite to TD Canada Trust

WASHINGTON, D.C. — APT, a leading enterprise software company, today announced that TD Canada Trust, a subsidiary of TD Bank Financial Group, has signed a deal to implement APT's Test & Learn capabilities in their call center operations. TD Canada Trust is a leading provider of personal and small business banking providing a portfolio of services to customers throughout Canada.

The Test & Learn Suite is currently being licensed by a number of industry notables including Wells Fargo, Wachovia, SunTrust, TD Commerce, and PNC. With leading-edge technology and smart design, the Test & Learn platform provides a set of solutions that help financial services organizations institutionalize a rigorous process of retail branch testing, allowing them to improve the effectiveness of their investments in capital expenditures, marketing, operations, merchandising and site selection. TD Canada Trust is the latest on the growing list of financial services clients who are realizing the benefits of APT's world-best testing methodology.
