Benchmark Opportunities
  • Conduct exploratory analysis on each site’s performance across key performance metrics.
  • Identify trends about which factors are associated with stores that are performing well, on either an absolute or comparative basis. These factors can then be used to define peer stores in future modules.
Create Peer Groups
  • Create a peer group of similar stores for each store in the chain.
  • Use the key drivers of success, identified by the user, to define similarity.
Define Scorecards
  • Develop reports displaying the performance of each store against its peer stores. These reports quantify “performance gaps” so store managers can focus on the highest value areas, and show multiple time periods so that progress can be measured over time.
Establish Action Plan
